Shipping and Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid missing item or delay. If you've submitted the wrong shipment address , please inform us asap. We will not be able to make any changes once the item had been dispatched. Redeliver charge will be bear by customer.

Product Material

Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings

Ceramic Marble print will vary. Due to the handmade firing process, there may be small dots but they do not affect the aesthetics of the product.

Vinyl Gentle hand wash needed. Items are customised with permanent waterproof vinyl stickers and stuck on. Please do not put them in the dishwasher / microwave / oven. Our Vinyl are from UK.

Foil All monogramming are done individually. As such, there may be minor variations. Kindly avoid item contact against rough or sharp surfaces to minimize scratching. Any oil/alcohol will cause it to fade over time.

Resin Each item is hand curated with love and care however it might contain some finger prints, smudges, or bubbles. Do note that handmade items are not in perfect state . Our Resin is from Australia / USA
